Depending on when you cancel your registration, % will be refund
PERIOD REFUND
Before 31st/January 75%
Before 1st/April 50%
From 15th/April 25%
After April 15, we will not refund registrations, except those which have paid Cancellation Insurance.
The dates of return are firm and no changes will be accepted, we ask participants to refrain from contacting the organization from the dates without return, as the organization is involved in the final stages of the triathlon.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
What is Cancellation Insurance? It’s a €25 insurance policy that that you are recommended to take out when you register for the race, and guarantees you will get a refund of 100% for cancellation on any date before the race. As from the actual race day there will be no refund.
HOW TO ASK FOR A REFUND
You must send an email to info@challengecanarias.com including your full name, passport number and bank account details (including IBAN and SWIFT code details).
Refunds will be made once a week and will be made to the Credit Card used for the payment.
